Hi, I'm Drake Gibson.

I got into real estate investing many years ago because, like you, I wanted freedom. I worked 2 jobs and was literally sleeping on my parents' floor in their mobile home back in 2019. Starting with $0, I learned through trial and error, because I couldn't afford a course or mentor.

Learning this way, I got my first wholesale deal after 2 years of learning the ropes. My first deal took 6 months... the homeowner was 72 years old, he had a heat stroke multiple times in front of my partner and I, and took six months to close the deal. The craziest part, is that we didn't even get paid for the help we gave. Although it took me years to get off the ground, I learned, networked, applied, and stayed consistent, which has resulted in countless deals, allowing me to reach the freedom I was searching for.

My goal is to help people in similar situations learn this business quickly, whether you start with $0 or $1 million, and help you achieve financial freedom in a fraction of the time it took me. You are capable!

Do I need money to start wholesaling?

Nope. Wholesaling is specifically designed to generate cash from real estate without owning property or putting capital at risk. You need a phone or laptop, a willingness to take massive action, and the strategies inside this course. That's it.

How soon can I realistically close my first deal?

This can depend on factors like your budget, strategy, and knowledge, but most people can get their first deal, even with $0, in 3 to 4 months!

What if I have zero real estate experience?

That's the perfect starting point. Wholesaling 101 begins from zero. No assumed knowledge, no prerequisites, and no major capital expenses. Every module is explained from first principles. No license required.
